What are the Penalties?
For conducting, financing, managing, supervising, directing, or owning a business that knowingly and unlawfully permits gambling on the premises: misdemeanor charge. For conducting, financing, managing, supervising, directing, or owning a business that knowingly and unlawfully conducts, finances, manages, supervises, or directs any gambling activity on the premises with specific criteria: class B felony charge. For promoting gambling on a gambling machine: class B felony charge. Any person convicted under this paragraph shall be fined not less than $5,000 per day for each gambling machine used or intended for use.
