The Commission shall approve the Promotion Profile prior to the promotion being introduced to the public for participation [2.1].

If there are any disputes concerning a Promotion Game or a Promotion Prize, they are subject to the requirements of R19-3-410 [3.2]. Eligibility to win a prize is based on compliance with the designated promotion playstyle [3.3].
