The effectiveness of a pre-effective-date financing statement may also be continued or terminated according to the law of the jurisdiction in which the financing statement is filed. Additionally, the effectiveness of a pre-effective-date financing statement filed in this state may be terminated by filing a termination statement in the office where the financing statement is filed, unless an initial financing statement satisfying certain requirements has been filed in the specified office.
