The amendment of a pre-effective-date financing statement in this state can be done by filing the amendment in the specified office concurrently with, or after the filing of an initial financing statement that satisfies Section 9-706(c), or by filing an initial financing statement that provides the amended information and satisfies Section 9-706(c) in the specified office. The effectiveness of a pre-effective-date financing statement may also be continued under specific sections or terminated by filing a termination statement in the office where the pre-effective-date financing statement is filed, unless an initial financing statement satisfying Section 9-706(c) has been filed in the office specified by the law of the jurisdiction governing perfection.
